Shipping Options & Delivery Costs
We offer free and Express shipping options. We dispatch all packages using the free option by default unless customers request Express delivery.
Plz bear in mind that Free delivery might not be available in some countries. I will email to arrange the different delivery methods if any customer comes from these countries.
Order Processing Time
Handling time: 1- 3 business days( Monday – Friday )
Transit time: 7-21 business days( Monday – Friday )
The shipping estimator provided at checkout is the shipping time only and does not include the order processing time. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping, so please account for non-business days. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has shipped. Tracking information for your shipment will be updated and available within 72 business hours.
Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.
Your package may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer, are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend that you check with your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.
